2. Products

We do our best to display our products, colours, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be exact, and slight variations in appearance may occur. Plush sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
  • We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout (such as major cards, Shopify Payments, and PayPal).

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order has been confirmed. If this happens, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the resupply of the product or the cost of resupplying it.
