Shipping Policy
At PlushieBuddy, we want your new buddy to reach you safely and soundly. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your buddy is on its way.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options at checkout:

- Delivery time: 5โ14 business days
- Free on every order, always. No minimum spend.
- Fully tracked to your door.
โก Priority Shipping โ available at checkout
- Aiming for Faster delivery
- Available for an additional fee, shown at checkout.
- Ideal if you need your buddy sooner (or it's a last-minute gift).
- Fully tracked with priority handling.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it's placed. They are not guaranteed, as delivery can be affected by couriers, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your buddy's journey right to your doorstep. Please allow 1โ2 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across Australia. If your location isn't available at checkout, we may not yet ship to your area โ feel free to reach out and ask.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, courier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
An order is not considered lost until it has exceeded the maximum delivery window for your chosen shipping method. We kindly ask that you allow the full delivery time before requesting a refund or replacement for a delayed order.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a parcel once it's been dispatched, and we're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows it as lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund โ see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
